The situation
There are two common variants. The single-day version brings a business function together in person; executives cycle through in batches, each batch getting rapid, hands-on upskilling in AI capabilities specific to their domain — then applying it directly to use cases already active in their business. The longer-term variant answers a different problem: organizations that want the upskilling habit to persist, not just spike for a day, need a structure that keeps working after I leave the room.
What I did
For the in-person day, I work with the planning committee ahead of time to make sure tooling access and session structure are ready before executives ever sit down — the hands-on work only lands if the friction is removed in advance. For the concierge variant, engagements typically start with an assessment, then direct engagement and intro sessions with me, building toward a structure where each executive is linked to an internal resource who continues the upskilling journey after the formal engagement ends.

The in-person day is high-engagement by design — executives leave having applied AI concepts to their own live use cases, not hypothetical ones. The concierge variant is built explicitly to build a repeatable internal muscle: the goal isn't dependency on an outside advisor, it's an organization that keeps upskilling itself once the structure is in place.
